The PANOLIN EAL fluid or bio gear oil is an environmentally-friendly lubricant and are based on saturated synthetic esters and stand for very high-quality products.
The environmental future of the earth lies in the use of clean, biodegradable and renewable materials. Bio gear oils are increasingly becoming popular among users and consumers, owing to the many positive attributes of this type of lubrication. There are many reasons why the bio gear oil products are superior to the conventional lubricants.
Environmental protection is one of many topics that is becoming more and more important – especially for construction machinery. This is in conjunction with keywords such as productivity, reducing consumption, safety and maintenance. With the two PANOLIN Programs GREENMARINE and GREENMACHINE, PANOLIN products have already protected the environment for more than 30 years. The specially developed and correctly applied lubricants contribute actively to preserving resources, reducing CO2 and preserving the environment thanks to their ability to biodegrade quickly. Of course, this type of concept is supposed to be economically interesting, technology developed and environmentally gentle to be able to establish itself over the long term.
The PANOLIN products are manufactured using base oils and additives in computer-controlled mixing installations. The giant, insulated storage tanks in Madetswil hold many thousands of liters of raw materials and are continuously kept at a raised temperature. PANOLIN develops and manufacture high-performance lubricants in one of Europe's most modern lubricating oil factory. The PANOLIN supply program consists of 730 active lubricant products in 3,650 variants.
The bio gear oils made in Madetswil is constantly being developed. This improves the efficiency of PANOLIN products and at the same time extends the service life of the product.
In heavy-duty diesel vehicles, motor-driven machinery, and industrial generators, the PANOLIN lubricants downsize fuel economy. The bio gear oils are associated with lower fuel costs when compared with the typical lubricants formulated from mineral components. In extreme pressure and wear that is characteristic for the gear transmission systems in heavy-duty equipment, automotive and motor-powered applications, the bio gear oil from PANOLIN outperforms the mineral-based formulas. Using the bio gear oils is therefore associated with higher levels of fuel efficiency and power. The bio gear oil reduces the damage to the gearbox components, saving replacement costs, maintenance time and downtime.
Sustainability plays a major role in the company philosophy that PANOLIN, leading manufacturer of bio gear oils, represents. In contrast to conventional mineral-based gear lubricants that persist in the environment once they are used up, the bio gear oil that PANOLIN produces does not hurt the environment. The biodegradability factor is particularly important in the industrial setting, where large amounts of gear oil are used.
The bio gear oil has high film strength during high operating temperatures. The strength protects the gear components and surfaces from wear and tear. PANOLIN bio gear oil is recommended for all heavy-duty applications due to the high quality and outstanding specifications. The bio gear oil enhances the durability of the heavy loading gear and extend the life of the gear parts. The result is lesser operational and maintenance costs and better performance. PANOLIN products outperform strict qualitative and environmental requirements. The synthetic oils which can be used in various applications are scientifically proven to be ecofriendly and biodegradable. Although the costs might be higher compared to conventional products, PANOLIN oils stand out with their longevity. In the long run, the longevity and high quality of PANOLIN lubricants come in handy as they improve the functioning of the application. All in all, choosing PANOLIN is a perfect investment in sustainability and quality.
